Colomba Pasquale



This cake, served on Italian tables on Easter Sunday, is made in the form of a dove, the symbol of peace and rebirth.
Baked according to tradition exclusively during the Easter week, it contains flour, sugar, eggs, honey, butter and mixed peel and is garnished with whole almonds.
